Merry Christmas 2020

 

 This has been a very stressful and a very sad year for many. There have been many innocent men, women and children that have lost their lives due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. It is especially sad for myself, because my mother passed away this morning while in a nursing home. She did not die from the covid-19, no she passed away from congestive heart failure. Fortunately she passed away peacefully. My sister and younger brother did get to visit her and say their goodbyes. She passed away before the rest of us could visit her. This was due to the pandemic and how fast she deteriorated.  

  I have followed the political scene during this whole election fiasco. It has been one crazy year, that I never believed I would see. You still see President Trump doing everything he could to over turn the election results. It has taken about 8 months for the government to reach a deal for the stimulus package. Now I see President Trump vetoing the stimulus package and saying he wants to make it $2000 instead of $600. What kind of a person does this especially at Christmas.

  The only word that comes to mind is Grinch. He sits in the white house, just like the grinch sat in his cave. He keeps whining and complaining about everything and everyone. He has turned out to be a person that cares nothing about the American men, women and children. He cares only about his self and no one else.I just wonder what it will take for his heart to become normal and full of love.

 

  

My Mother Is On Her Death Bed

  I am posting this today as my mother may be passing away today. She is in a nursing home and is not doing very well at the age of 87 years old. What I am upset about is the fact that my younger brother, who is in the born again church wants to save her. He wants her to say their little prayer, that I accept Jesus as my Personal Savior. Then she will be saved, all sin forgiven for all time and she will enter heaven. I am Catholic, was married in the assembly of god church, which is a born again church. My wife and I left there years ago due to realizing through the Holy Spirit, that is not the true church.

  Due to covid-19 only two people can go to visit my mother. I can not go due to having an upper respiratory infection, that has gone into a sinus infection. I felt it would be better for my younger sister and my younger brother to see her. My fear is that he may try to preach to her. I don't think he will, because she is not responding to anyone at this time. I constantly pray for the conversion of my brother to see the true Church and come back to the Catholic Church.

  I do not think he will convert, because he has been in the born again church for many years and is basically brainwashed by them. In any event I ask who ever reads this, please say a prayer for my mother, Mary Deao. I have spoken to my mother every day and always end the conversation with, I Love You.

 Unfortunately my mother passed away on December 24th 2020. I did learn from from my sister that my younger brother in fact was trying to get my mother to say their little statement that she accepts Jesus as her personal savior. My mother was not even coherent and would let out a groan every so often. If she was hearing him, I am sure she was telling him to shut up.

 What my brother does not understand, is that my mother had a closer personal relationship with Jesus through the partaking of the Holy Eucharist.

The Catholic Church has been in existence on the earth longer than any other Christian denomination. The Catholics can trace the Pope's and the Catholic Church's authority back to Peter at the time of Jesus Christ. Most other Christian churches broke away from the Catholic Church at one point in time or another. But, they still retain many of the traditions and beliefs of the Catholic Church.
If you examine the hierarchy of the Catholic Church you would find that it is very similar to the Church that Jesus Christ established when he set up his Church. Just as Peter was the head of the Church after Christ was crucified, the Church today has the Pope. Then there are the cardinals. The Bishops are like the apostles and then there are deacons and priests. Only men are able to participate in the leadership roles in the Church.
The Catholic Church rests on a foundation of four basic beliefs or tenets. These beliefs are: One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic. Here are brief definitions of the beliefs to make them clearer:
One: One stands for the one true gospel of Jesus Christ. Although there are many principles within the gospel, there is only one true gospel and one true Church as Jesus Christ set it up. It also stands for the one body of Jesus Christ.
Holy: Holy means that the Catholic Church is perfect, pure and sanctified. Although the members and even the leadership are not perfect the church itself is perfect.
Catholic: The word Catholic can be traced back to the Greek word "katas" which means universal or whole. If you were to look at the statement of beliefs for some Protestant religions not just the Catholic Church, you would find the term "catholic" in them as well. When Jesus Christ was on the earth, he commanded his followers to take the gospel to the whole earth so that in theory all people would share one belief and faith.
Apostolic: Just as when Christ was on the earth, the Catholics set up a Church with apostles.
The Catholics in the world today number over 1 billion. The church is concerned that it is not growing as fast as some of the Protestant and other religions. They have also battled scandals regarding leaders who have been accused and convicted of crimes against children and also leaders who hid the evidence. Some believe that the Church needs to update its views on women in the priesthood and other societal issues. But, it is unlikely that a church that has been around for 2,000 years will change any time soon.

We will now have a new President that believes in abortion and a vise president that believes in full term abortion. We are moving definitely towards the return of Jesus Christ . How long can God the Father keep seeing all this and make a decision of destruction.

 I have talked with other non-Catholics and they feel that the Lord is coming very soon. If you pay attention to the Catholic Mystics, you will learn that the 3 Days Of Darkness are coming. Just know that before that happens there will be a sign in the Heavens of a huge Cross with the only light emanating from where the nails went through Christs wrists and feet. There will be no other light from the moon or stars.

 The 3 days of darkness according to the mystics will happen in the coldest part of the year. It will also before the new year happens. That kind of tells me that it may be right about Christmas. Now I do not know if it will happen this year, but then again, you never know. I have talked to my brother who is in a born again church and he does not know what the 3 days of darkness is. I have mentioned the name to him, so hopefully he will look into it.

They Say It Is Our Duty As Catholics To Vote For A President In This 2020 Election

 

 My question is how do you vote in good conscience for either Biden or Trump ? As I listen to the news every day I find that all that comes out of President Trumps mouth are lies. Now if I listen to Biden, I do not hear any lies. On the contrary all I hear is the truth. Yes I understand his views on abortion and I myself do not agree with them. When I read about Trump who is supposed to be Pro Life, I find that he believes that abortion is okay for incest, rape and if the woman's life is at stake.

  Well this indicates to me that he really is not Pro Life. I believe that to be Pro Life, you do not approve of abortion for any reason. Then I find that various individuals say the percentages in these abortion cases are very small. Lets face it, Murder is Murder and there is no excuse. Then I look at how President Trump has handled the Covid-19 Pandemic. He new what was happening and how bad it was going to be, yet he kept it quiet. Now we have over 210,000 lives of innocent men, women and children that have died as a result of the pandemic.

 So when I look at all these issues and then listen to what both candidates say, I believe that Biden would make a better President then Trump has. What we need to do is pray for both candidates about their beliefs in abortion and other topics. I myself can not vote for either candidate in good conscience. What it comes down to is what God told us in the 10 Commandments - Thou Shalt Not Kill

  Now I am seeing the rallies that Trump is holding and I can not believe my eyes. He has people together with no masks and no self distancing. Now I see on the news that the Coronavirus is spiking out of control all over the United States. It seems as though peoples lives are being put at risk for his being reelected as President. I can't help wondering what God is thinking. Think of all the souls that have entered heaven in the past few months. Now he wants to do this herding type of garbage. They say that almost 2 million people could die from this.

 At some point in time God is going to say enough is enough. I have been reading about the 3 days of darkness and what will precede this chastisement. Who Do You Vote For Biden or Trump ?

  Every time I check out Facebook all I see are people throwing comments back and forth about Biden and about Trump. Various people are saying that you can not vote for Biden and Harris due to their pro abortion stance. Then others say don't vote for Trump due to the issues of the Covid-19 and the over 200,000 deaths of innocent Men, Women and Children. It is a tough choice as to whether you vote for the Lesser Of Two Evils.

 I myself can not vote for either one of these two. Now as far as which one would make a better President, well I would say Biden. People are saying if you vote for Biden, then you are approving of their views on Abortion and Pro Choice. If you think about it, Trump is not Pro Life due to all the deaths due to his poor guidance about masks and social distancing with the Coronavirus.

 I had friends and relatives make comments about one or the other of these two individuals. I explained that I would not vote for either one. One day I will have to stand before the Lord and explain why I chose one over the other. I want the Lord to say good and faithful servant. My advise to anyone is to pray for each of them and that they see the light and change their views.

How often have we heard, someone, in past elections, claim, he might not vote, because, it makes little, to no difference, and, they (all politicians) were the same, etc? In fact, during the Presidential election, of 2016, data indicates, as many, or more people, did not exercise their right to vote, than actually, voted! In addition, perhaps, because of the peculiarities, of the Electoral College, and, a candidate with the most popular votes, does not, always/ automatically, win, many potential voters have very little faith, in the American political system, or, the potential impact, their vote makes! After these last four years, many realize, who wins an election, often, makes a significant difference, and some fear, history - repeating - itself, in 2020! Polls and surveys, seem to indicate, approximately, 35% of the electorate, will vote for Trump, regardless, and 40% will automatically, oppose him, and vote, for nearly, anyone else! This means, potentially, the future of the Free World, and this great nation, will be determined by the other 25%, and, where they live, and vote! Whether one supports, opposes, or is, somewhat, neutral about the candidates/ nominees of the two major partiies, most agree, there is a significant difference, in the way, each, would probably, perform, in the role. With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, 6 significant area, where Trump, and Biden, differ.
1. Systemic Racism; Public Health: government services: Because of the murders of George Floyd, and a few others, there has been much attention, on the inherent areas of systemic racism, within this nation! It often seems, President Trump, prefers adversarial, polarizing leadership, while Biden's career, indicates, he tries to bring people together, for the common good. When each man, traveled to Wisconsin, after the recent shooting, by a police officer, the President articulated a message, focused on fears, and law, and order, and applauding the police, while Joe Biden spoke to members of the impacted community, and his running mate, met with the man, wounded, seriously, during the interaction, We have witnessed, Trump's approach to public health, often, denying science, and articulating a populist message, while, Biden's emphasized, trusting the science, and the public health experts. A similar difference in mindset, is apparent, as it relates to human and government services, especially those required and needed, by our neediest communities, and citizens!
2. Empathy: We have never witnessed the present occupant of the White House, exhibit sincere, genuine empathy, often, stating, he was a stable genius, and knew more than the experts! On the other hand, his opponent emphasizes, taking the time, to effectively, listen, and learn, from every conversation, and experience!
3. Constitutional guarantees: Recently, Biden stated, he would respect the limitations, indicated, and implied by the U.S. Constitution, in terms of the powers, and authority of the Presidency. How many times, has the present one, apparently,

exceeded those limits, and seemed, somewhat, disinterested, in Constitutional guarantees, especially, in terms of, maintaining the freedoms, rights, and liberties, for all.
4. International diplomacy: By removing us from several international agreements, including, NAFTA, and his oppositional approach, to NATO, WHO, United Nations, etc, Trump has alienated many of our historical allies, and, seemed to try to enhance, the relationship, with Russia, etc. It seems, Biden would proceed, in a manner, many might consider, more conventional/ normal!
5. Partisan politics: Although, we often, witness, far too much, partisan politics, the degree of polarization, exclusion, and extreme - partisan relationships, and actions, and Trump's rhetoric/ vitriol, has been significant, and concerning, to many! Again, while his opponent, certainly, has certain, partisan preferences, he has, in the past, seemed willing, to reach, across the aisle, in an attempt to create, some sort of meeting - of - the - minds, for the greater good.
6. Environment/ Climate Change: Have we ever, in recent memory, remembered, any leader, of this nation, who so, seemed, to deny climate change, and/ or, minimize - it! In addition, Trump has reduced many regulations, which are designed to protect our environment, seeming to prioritize economic issues, over the sustainability of the planet. His opponent seems to have a more sustainable approach, to leading our nation!
There is a significant difference, between, how these two individuals, might serve, as President of the United States! They aren't all the same!

People Ask Me Why I Didn't Go Back To My Job During The Covid 19 Pandemic

 

 I get a lot of people asking me why I did not go back to my job during the Covid 19  Pandemic. The main reason I did not go back is that it was just not safe. The pandemic was out of control where I live and the company I had worked at was a very small building. There was just no way to stay 6 feet apart at various times. There were also various other things that went on and I just decided not to return.

 I spoke to a coworker and asked if they were all wearing masks and practicing the 6 foot self distancing. The answer was up in sales, they wore a mask only when a customer came in or if they came up front to speak with a customer. I asked about back in the service area where I worked and the answer was no, nobody wore a mask at all and they were staying 6 foot apart at all times. I was told it was basically, it was business as usual. When I worked there, I was constantly sick and other coworkers were having the same problem. We only had 1 sick day a year and 2 personal days, so if we needed more time we had to use our vacation time. So workers always came in sick and passed it around, including the flu.

 I spoke to my coworker and was asked if management had called and asked me to come back. I said, nobody had called me at all. Later on I was asked again if they had called me. I was told that management was apparently telling other employees that they had spoken to me and I told them I was not coming back. That was just a bold faced lie, because I had spoken to nobody since they had laid us off. My coworker told me that they had a lot of work and he could not keep up with it.

 My coworker also told me that one technician was going on 3 weeks vacation and my coworker was going on a week vacation when the other technician came back. This basically left nobody to do the work and customers were already complaining. I was informed that management was going to give me a call. This was quite awhile since they had opened back up and were not doing curbside service. I believe they were not calling me back, but got stuck and had no choice.

 You see there was an issue, because they bought the company I worked at previously and things did not work out with that business end of things. There was always some issue with that and I was never treated the same at the other workers. Well management called and left a message on the phone for me to come in and speak with them. They said in the message that they would only pay me what unemployment paid me. Apparently not including the $600 a week stimulus amount.

 You see I had worked for them for about 24 years and that includes a few years at the previous company. In the time I worked for them, I never had a raise in pay and not even a cost of living increase in pay. In fact the pay raise was stopped a few years ago and they started an incentive plan. It was almost impossible to make enough billable hours to get the high bonus. One time when I reached the amount they decided to split it up with the other technicians, so I go very little.

 People ask me, why don't you ask for a raise. My answer is that I had spoken to management many times and they always had an excuse. I satisfied all their excuse and they just made more, so I gave up. Okay, so they called again, but did not even leave a message. My coworker spoke to me and said they were getting angry, because I did not answer or call them. They then sent me an email asking me to come back. I finally sent them an email and let them know I was not coming back.

 I thought long and hard about what I was going to do. I let them know that I was going back to my previous career that I had worked at before. I need a job, where I make more money to pay my bills. I was only earning a little more than minimum wage and now I would be making even less. That is just ridiculous for an employee that has been there for so many years. I asked my coworker what he was earning and it was the same as before the layoff. This person had only been there a few years and was being paid a more for the same job as I was doing. I also found out before form other workers that they were paying other employees more than me for the same job.

 There were other reasons I did not go back, such as being told to myself that I knew nothing. I was also told by another employee that I was the most unappreciated person there. They were also doing things that were not legal according to manufacturers. Due to my Catholic Faith and beliefs, I can not and will not work or represent a company such as this. There were other things that were personal that happened. I had put up with so much all these years, I could not take anymore. I had prayed many times for God to get me out of that place. Well God finally answered my prayer, not in the way I would have imagined with a Pandemic.

Is the Covid 19 a chastisement or plague from God ? As I check facebook and twitter I keep seeing where various individuals are saying the Covid 19 is a chastisement from God. Other individuals are saying this is a plague from God. I myself do not think that either of these two assumptions are right. There is a very interesting place in scripture where Jesus talks about harming the little ones.




Matthew 18:6

“Whoever causes one of these little ones* who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.




If Jesus is talking about children, then he would be contradicting himself. We know that Jesus would never do harm in any way to any child. So then who is causing the Covid 19 ?




I am thinking that Satan is behind the Covid 19. It seems as though we are ever closer to the coming back of our Lord And Savoir Jesus Christ. So Satan knows his time is getting very close. He will try and cause as much destruction and death as possible. All we can do is keep an eye out and pray for the whole world.

What Church Has The True God Or Is Being Led By The True God ?

 

 I hear more and more people talking about God these days. The problem is which God is God. All these different churches claim to be the true church. The problem is that there is only one Church that is the true Church started by God. That True Church is the Catholic Church. This happened when Jesus gave Peter the keys to the kingdom.

 There are so many different denominations out there today it's crazy. They are all saying different things about the same subject and that The Holy Spirit told them so. This makes no sense, because the Holy Spirit would not lie and he can't be confused as he is the mouthpiece for God. So this would indicate that there can only be one true Church. If you study the Early Church Fathers, you will learn that the only Church following what they were taught is the Catholic Church. If you study the History Of Religion, you will be led to the Catholic Church.

 Now is the god of all these other faiths or religions the same God as the Catholic Church ? I believe that these other churches are being led away from the true church by Satan. I believe that he has corrupted the minds of men and basically fooled them.
