Adam And Eve Made Us All Related
I have seen so much hatred in this world it is unbelievable. Someone hates someone just because they look different or come from a different culture. Well the way I see it when it comes down to it we are all related. Sure it may go back millions or thousands of years depending on who you talk to, but none the less it started with two people. Those two people were Adam and Eve. So when someone is hurting or killing someone you are doing it to your brother or sister.
And he said: Let us make man to our image and likeness: and let him have dominion over the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the air, and the beasts, and the whole earth, and every creeping creature that moveth upon the earth. 27And God created man to his own image: to the image of God he created him: male and female he created them. 28And God blessed them, saying: Increase and multiply, and fill the earth
I always felt things changed when God split everyone up when Nimrod shot the arrow at God. Yes this was at the tower of Babel. God decided to scatter the people and confound their language so no one could understand each other. I believe people scattered in all directions and that is why there are different people with different languages all over the world. You see even though we are different and speak different languages we are all brothers and sisters. In other words were all related.
I think it's about time we stopped hating and disrespecting each other. I think it's time we started practicing what God wanted from the beginning and what Jesus had taught. That is to love one another as he loves us. Look at the ten commandments and it's all there.
The Ten Commandments
(Deuteronomy 5:6-21)
1And the Lord spoke all these words:
2I am the Lord thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3Thou shalt not have strange gods before me.
4Thou shalt not make to thyself a graven thing, nor the likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or in the earth beneath, nor of those things that are in the waters under the earth. 5Thou shalt not adore them, nor serve them: I am the Lord thy God, mighty, jealous, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me:6And shewing mercy unto thousands to them that love me, and keep my commandments.
7Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that shall take the name of the Lord his God in vain.
8Remember that thou keep holy the sabbath day. 9Six days shalt thou labour, and shalt do all thy works. 10But on the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: thou shalt do no work on it, thou nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy beast, nor the stranger that is within thy gates. 11For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and the sea, and all things that are in them, and rested on the seventh day: therefore the Lord blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it.
12Honour thy father and thy mother, that thou mayest be longlived upon the land which the Lord thy God will give thee.
13Thou shalt not kill.
14Thou shalt not commit adultery.
15Thou shalt not steal.
16Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
17Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house: neither shalt thou desire his wife, nor his servant, nor his handmaid, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is his.
I think it's about time we should practice what we preach. We need to stop judging one another and let God be the Judge. We will all answer for what we have done in our lifetime. Believe me I am not perfect and I have some answering to do. You know Jesus does say in Romans,
Do Not Judge Your Brother
(Matthew 7:1-6; Luke 6:37-42)
1NOW him that is weak in faith, take unto you: not in disputes about thoughts. 2For one believeth that he may eat all things: but he that is weak, let him eat herbs. 3Let not him that eateth, despise him that eateth not: and he that eateth not, let him not judge him that eateth. For God hath taken him to him. 4Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? To his own lord he standeth or falleth. And he shall stand: for God is able to make him stand.
5For one judgeth between day and day: and another judgeth every day: let every man abound in his own sense. 6He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord. And he that eateth, eateth to the Lord: for he giveth thanks to God. And he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth thanks to God. 7For none of us liveth to himself; and no man dieth to himself.8For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; or whether we die, we die unto the Lord. Therefore, whether we live, or whether we die, we are the Lord's. 9For to this end Christ died and rose again; that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.
10But thou, why judgest thou thy brother? or thou, why dost thou despise thy brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
11For it is written: As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
12Therefore every one of us shall render account to God for himself.
So the next time you get angry at someone remember that the person is really related to you. Yes it may go back millions or thousands of years, but still we are related due to Adam and Eve who were created by God.
Thank You For Reading And God Bless .
